January 27, 1939 - September 6, 2022

Passed peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on September 6, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Marilynne. Loving father of Cathryn and David (Patti), and stepfather to Rhae (Tim) and Jason (Myriam). Proud grandfather of Shaun and Eric (Joanne) and step grandfather to Raquel and Dillon (Nayiri). Dear husband of the late Pauline (1982). Michael will also be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and extended family in Canada and England. Michael served on many boards in the Muskoka region, including: Family, Youth & Child Services of Muskoka, Hospice Muskoka, Muskoka Lakes Music Festival, Arts Council of Muskoka, Muskoka Community Futures Development Corporation, Algonquin Health Services. Private family services with interment at Greenwood Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the ALS Society or Acclaim Health-Dementia Care would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
