SCHMIDT, Stephen Michael Passed away suddenly as the result of an accident on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Steve Schmidt at the age of 32 years, devoted husband and best friend of Lise Brunelle. Cherished son of Mike and Nancy Schmidt and adored brother of Amanda Schmidt and Alyssa Schmidt (Carson Bradshaw). Beloved grandson of Betty (the late Clair) Schmidt and Reg (the late Barb) Topham. Steve will be fondly remembered by his father and mother in-law, Jean-Paul and Germaine Brunelle and also his sisters-in-law Natalie Brunelle (Jon Hamel) and Chantal (Miko) Muskovac as well as his brother in-law Yvon Brunelle. Adored uncle of Zacharie Hamel and Jakob Muskovac. Steve will be fondly remembered by all for his love of life, family and friends. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Thursday from 2-4 and - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 o'clock Friday, June 22, 2018 with visitation from 11 a.m. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
