BURKE, Alice Mary - It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, Alice Mary (nee McDonald) on October 1, 2017. Surrounded by family, Alice passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour. Alice, in her 89th year, was the beloved wife of the late Robert George Burke (February 2017). Much loved mother of Sharon Cooley (Chris), Bonnie Burke, Heather Burke (Tristram), and Dale Burke (Starla) and predeceased by her infant daughter Edith Colleen. Loving grandmother of Philip and Martin. Dearly remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are invited to come to the RIVERSIDE CEMETERY , 347 Lindsay St. S., Lindsay K9V 4R4 (705-324-2431) on Saturday, October 7 for a graveside service at 10:00 AM. A ""Celebration of Live"" will be held at the TRINITY UNITED CHURCH , 6 King St., W., Omemee K0L 2W0 (705 799 7886) at a later date.
