Arthur THORPE Obituary

1936-2023 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arthur Ernest Thorpe. Devoted husband to Sharon Jane Thorpe (Colbert). Dear father of Neil Thorpe and Leslie Thorpe. Caring brother to Gerry Thorpe (Anne). Cherished grandfather of Tegan, Rory, Brodie, Aiden, Taylor and Dylan. Art will always be known for his kind heart, his humour, warm personality and big smile. Art will also be greatly missed by many relatives and friends. Art spent 40 successful years in the insurance business in Toronto. Art was very active in many sports over the years including golfing, biking, skiing, and scuba diving as well as travelling with Sharon. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Art to the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. At Arts request there will be no funeral.
