Dennis HEALEY Obituary
Passed into eternity with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Loved by his wife, Susan of 53 years. Loved by his children and grandchildren, Angela (Wyatt, Brianna, Kiera), Julia (Joshua), Jason (Terri - Chase, Mya), Crystal (Lance - Tayte, Shamus, Quinn). Loved by his brother Jerome (Linda). Predeceased by his sisters Carol (Eric - living), Mary. Also loved by sisters and brothers in law, Judy (Michael), Elizabeth (Greg - predeceased), James (Gwen). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. There will be a celebration of Dennis' life held at FERNDALE BIBLE CHURCH, 25 Ferndale Avenue, Peterborough on Thursday, April 28th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. An interment will take place following the Celebration at ROSEMOUNT Memorial Gardens. A recording of the service will be available upon request to the family. In memory of Dennis, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made to Lakefield or Peterborough Humane Society or Kawartha Youth for Christ.

I am so sorry to read this Angela (and family). I know I'm a few years late in reading this but please accept my condolences to all of you.
I'm hoping that Angela will see this as you were one of my best friends growing up in Peterborough and went to Kawartha Heights Elementary school. My dad was the pastor of Ferndale Bible Church when we lived there (in the house beside the church). I have been trying to connect with you for years but just haven't had any luck. Hoping this post will lead me to you somehow.

Susan and family;
It is Thursday afternoon and we just learned of Dennis´ passing.
We were very shocked as Jack just talked to Dennis, a couple of weeks ago, and he said he was doing well.
Jack and Dennis worked together, and were friends for a very long time, so our hearts are very saddened.
One thing about Dennis was his love for his family, his children and grandchildren, which were his pride and joy,

I knew Dennis and family when they lived across the road on Romaine street back in the 1950s. Also met him again when he worked at GE Canada. Have many memories over the years of the Healey Family.

I have been friends with Julia since highschool. I will always remember Dennis as a kind and friendly person with a great sense of humour. I always admired how Julia´s family cared for animals. My deepest sympathies.
