It is with shattered hearts that the family of Dorothy Harriet Johnson announce her sudden passing in her 79th year, on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital - Perth Site. She leaves behind to mourn her beloved husband Keith Johnson, her treasured children Kendra (Kevin) Abbass, Kevin (Kelly) Whitney, Lisa (Rob) Whitney, Renee (Dwayne) Whitney, Casey Green, Michael (Pam) Green, as well as Colleen (Doug) Taylor and Shelly (Robert) Manson. She was also the cherished grandmother to Jason Whitney, Nathan Abbass, Taylor Abbass and families Tess, Ella, Claire, Kaiden Whitney, Lily Stinchcombe, Kieran and Tea´ Dulmage, Grant Taylor, Mitchell Taylor, and Edward White. And great-grandmother to Lucy Mae Whitney. She will be sadly missed by her siblings Marilyn (Larry) Ellis, Lynn Gordon, Lois Ann (Harold) Wilson, Kathy (Larry) Mann, and Charlene (Steve) Quesnel. Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her cherished life-long friend Dianne Gunning and many nieces, nephews, friends, as well as her faithful fur companion Cherie. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Harry and Murrel (Fraser) Gordon, and her brother Glenn Gordon. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth, on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of Dorothy's funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the Blair & Son Reception Centre.
