Enid LeCraw Obituary
ENID LECRAW, long time resident of Norland, ON, passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2021 at her care home in Bobcaygeon at 98 years of age. Born in Carlisle, England on April 28,1923, to Martha Jane and Hugh Walker. Enid Walker married Lorne Hughes LeCraw (RCAF) Dec.21, 1944, and raised 3 sons in Norland. She is predeceased by her husband, her youngest son, James, and 7 (UK) siblings. She leaves behind loving sons, Gary (Mary), and Robert (Heather); Grandchildren, Darren (KC), Brent, Barbara (Dennis), Christa (Mike), and Robin (Paul); Great-grandchildren, Taylor, Avery, Reid, Birch, Knox, James, Lennon, and Ethan.
Enid was active in the Girl Guide organization in her early years in Norland and later was a long time volunteer at Ross Memorial Hospital and a member of the Lindsay College Community Choir. Due to Covid, a small family gathering will be held August 29th, followed by Interment at Norland Cemetery.
