Garfield Hutchinson Obituary

Peacefully at home, in his 74th year, on Thursday, March 10, 2022 after courageously battling cancer for six years. Gary was the loving and devoted husband of Joan Hutchinson (nee Blake) for 49 years and father of Brian. Gary had a very long career as a civil engineer with Canadian Pacific Railway which brought him to many communities over the years. He was an avid golfer and loved his time spent at the cottage on Drag Lake. Gary had a wry sense of humour and will be greatly missed by his relatives and friends. A celebration of his life will be held later in the spring. If desired memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
