Violet PARCELLS

PARCELLS, Violet (n? Blackburn) - After a short illness, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly with the love of her family with her at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, July 16th. Violet in her 75th year was the beloved wife of the late Glen Parcells. Loving mother of Steven Parcells and Michelle Parcells. Adored Nana to Corri Haines, Nick Parcells, Sammi Haskell, Virginia Parcells, Andrew Parcells, Rachel Parcells, Richard Blakely and Faith Hanson. She will be deeply missed by her sister Francis McLean, and by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and extended family. Violet enjoyed her time spent with family where she was known to lay the ""smack down"" and a good elbow drop on the unsuspecting. Visitation was at the MACKEY FUNERAL HOME , 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721) on Wednesday, July 19th from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
