Maria CAVALIERE Obituary
Peacefully passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener. Maria resided in New Hamburg and was born 86 years ago in Conca dei Marini, Italy. Maria was a daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Grazia) Laudano.
Cherished and loving mother of Andrew Cavaliere and Tony and wife Maria Cavaliere. Proud and devoted grandmother of Jessica (Luigi), Cody (Mira), Ryan, Jaclyn (Aaron), Lindsay and Gabrielle and great-grandmother to Isabella, Alessia, Bennett, Taylor, and Jake. Maria will be missed by her siblings Andrea, Pancrazio, Lucia, Raphael, Assunta, Luigi and Mario and their families.
Predeceased and now reunited with her beloved husband Alfonso Cavaliere who predeceased her on October 11, 2002, her parents, and brothers Salvatore and Vince.
Maria was a devoted Catholic and was a dedicated member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish, New Hamburg. Above all else in life Maria was a proud, devoted, and loving Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. They were most important in her eyes.
Friends and relatives are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 6 - 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish, New Hamburg at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Holy Family Section in New Hamburg.
As expressions of sympathy, donations would be accepted to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish or St, Anthony Orphanage, Italy.
