Shirley AGNEW Obituary
She was born in Peterborough February 12, 1930 to parents Cyril John Agnew and Irene Delong.
She was predeceased by her brother Robert Cyril Agnew (his wife Carol Noxel) and her sister Carol Tremblay.
Survived by her sister Norma Eccleston, brother Roger Agnew and sister Kathryn (Michael) Peacock as well as many loving nephews and nieces.
After graduating from nursing she pursued many careers including the Air Force, public health nursing and joined the teaching staff at Memorial University.
At June's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life is planned to be held in Peterborough on July 9, 2022.

Roger and Norma,
My sincere condolences on the passing of your sister, June. I so enjoyed working with her on the family history and always enjoyed my visits with her at the apartment on Parkhill Road. June was a lovely woman.

Shirley would be my Father's (Norman Brown's) first cousin. Son of Irene Delong's sister Audrey. Sending love to SHIRLEY'S family. I remember as a youngster visiting Cyril and Irene with my parents and Grandparents. May she RIP. I would love to attend the memorial. I hope she is in heaven celebrating with the rest of the family.
