Jacqueline LANDON Obituary

LANDON, Jacqueline Mary Courageously fighting until her last breath, we announce the passing of Jackie on September 26, 2019, at the age of 81, surrounded by the love of her family. Jackie has been reunited with her husband and best friend Lawrence (August 2011). Mother and friend to Debbie (Bill) Rowe, Larry (Lynn), Rod (Ann), Brenda (Don) Barton and Tom. Grandma to Robert (Tammy), Jennifer (Malcolm), David (Jaime), Amanda (Dave), Kevin (LeeAnn), Emily (Brian), Kim (Tom), Lindsey (Shervin), Adam (Breanne), Kristen (Doug), Olivia, Laura (Kyle), Jessica (Alex), Andrew (Tiana) and great-grandmother of 17. Treasured sister of Iris (Mel) LeBrasseur. A friend, confidant, and second mom to so many. Predeceased by 11 sisters and brothers. Over the years Jackie worked with Brights Canning Factory and eventually worked and retired from Edscha. Jackie was a member of RCL Branch 51 and Moose Lodge. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). A Celebration of Jackie's Life will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Heartland Forest, 8215 Heartland Forest Road, Niagara Falls, from 5 - 8 p.m. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Millennium Trail Manor - Palliative care, Heartland Forest or to the Walker Family Cancer Centre. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone including the staff and residents at Millennium Trail Manor, who have kept mom and the rest of us comfortable this past week.
