Pasquale GAETANO

GAETANO, Pasquale Born in Nicastro, Italy on July 5, 1931. Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the Welland Hospital at 86 years of age, just shy of his 87th birthday. Beloved husband of Iolanda for 55 years. Loving father of Marg (Victor) Ciaraldi, Vicky (Lou) Dosa, Tony (Jen) Gaetano and Pat (Karen) Gaetano. Cherished Nonno of Alyssia Ciaraldi (Rob), Jessica Fraser (Rob), Lindsay and Anthony Ciaraldi, Tyler Dosa (Ali), Nathan and Zachary Dosa, Macey, Lila, Bianca and Antonio Gaetano, Peyton and Genevieve Gaetano. Dear brother of Maria (late Salvatore) Pandolfo, Giovanna (Albert) Dipronio and Angela (late Franco) DeVito. Brother-in-law of Angelina Gaetano, Rosa (late Vittorio) Romano, Elena (Carlo) Nero, Franca (Salvatore) Davoli. Pasquale will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Antonio and Margherita Gaetano, siblings Giuseppe, Anna (Antonio) Torcasio, Caterina (Emilio) Blaseotto, mother and father-in-law Vittoria and Peppino Nuziato, brother-in-law Vittorio Nuziato, sister-in-law Caterina (Fred) Willis, brother in law Antonio (Rosaria) Nuziato. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence 19 Young Street, Welland online memories and condolences at www.jjpatterson.ca on Thursday from 7- 9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Mary Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 7 p.m. Entombment to follow in Pleasantview Mausoleum. Memorial donations in memory of Pasquale may be made to NHS-Welland Site or St. Mary Church. As a memorial tribute, a tree will be planted through The Niagara Woodlands Restoration Program.
