BURNIE, Stephen "Scott" (Aircraft Technician - RCAF, 33 years Military Service and 7 years in Reserve Service) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Scott at his home in Trenton on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022, in his 62nd year. Loving son of Ross and Dora Burnie. Beloved spouse of Frieda Dawson. Dear father to Megan Giroux (Ryan), Devin Burnie (Lyndsey Benson), and step-father to Amanda Jessup (Gord), and Paul Dawson. Poppa Scott to 6 grandchildren. Ever remembered by his sisters Bonnie Rampado (Daniel), and Barb Bendia (Dave). The family will receive friends at the RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOME 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111) on Sunday, February 20th, 2022 from 1:00p.m. till 3:00p.m. Service will follow in the chapel at 3:00p.m. Due to the restrictions in place, masks must be worn, and social distancing must be adhered to. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the BGH Foundation "Oncology Unit" or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
