NADEAU, Suzanne 1949-2018 It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne (nee Forest) Nadeau on October 17, 2018 at the age of 69. Devoted wife of Yvon Nadeau. Cherished mother of Chantal Winn (Tom), Daniel (Christine) and Yvon (Christiane). Loving grandmother of Owen, Karlee, Jillian and Mia. Dear sister of Claudette (Yvon Bergeron-Vachon) and Gaston. Predeceased by her parents François and Simone Forest and her father and mother-in-law Fernand and Irene Nadeau and her siblings Jacques, Claude, Robert and Françoise. She was a loving and devoted wife of 51 years. Her proudest accomplishments were her three children. She never let an opportunity go without including them in her conversations with family, friends and even strangers. She was excited to become a ""grandmaman"" to her 4 grandchildren. She loved holidays especially Christmas and family get-togethers; any chance to spend with her family was important to her. Suzanne was known for her kindness and gentle heart. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. We would like to express our gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at the ILTC wing of the Welland Hospital for their care and compassion. God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then he looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, 827 East Main Street, Welland on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 1:00-2:45 p.m. with a service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. Private interment will take place at a later date.
