KERR, Violet Capitola It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of Violet at the GNGH on October 30 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late John Kerr. Dearly loved mother of son John A. Kerr (Kathi) of Florida, son Wm Kerr, and daughter Deborah Metcalfe (David) of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. Violet was a dedicated Jehovah's Witness for over 70 years. Always ready to help and listen, her caring spirit will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 6457 Montrose Rd., Niagara Falls. In memory of Violet and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Watchtower, Bible & Tract Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by her family.
