BURKIN, William Joseph ""Billy"" It is with deep sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Billy on January 28, 2019. In his 59th year. Billy is survived by his loving wife and childhood sweetheart, Debi Gangur, and his pride and joy, daughter Bianca Burkin. Billy will always be cherished by his sisters Cathy Lewington, (Harold), Susie Van Velzen, and Lorraine Kalakaylo (Mike). Also loved by sisters-in-law Susie Walsh (Kevin), Mary Gangur, and Esther Haroutunian, (the late Brian), and many nieces and nephews. Billy leaves behind many friends that loved him throughout his life. A Celebration of Billy's Life will be held at Club LaSalle on Arthur Street, St. Catharines, Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. The family hopes to share in the many wonderful and fun memories that Billy created with so many people.
