Audrey Hicks lost her battle with Lewy Body Dementia on September 20, 2021. Audrey loved life, people, and the community of Sundridge, where she resided for 79 of her 81 years.
Audrey loved to help out where she could and volunteer where she lived. She was a member of the Harmony Guild, the Agricultural Society, the Arena Boosters, the Horticultural Society, the Lionesses and a member of the Eastern Star.
A free spirit and a lover of art, she could free-cut dragons or any creature out of paper. She could paint, sew, crochet, and draw anything. She was also the author of the book, Wait for Me Awhile, Memories of Lount. She loved to create.
She wanted to buy everyone jewelry after she'd had a few glasses of wine.
She was far better at Pictionary than anyone had a right to be.
She made an 8' by 4' map of the entire game of Super Metroid and completed it multiple times.
She had a multiple-page binder she created as the complete step by step guide to the game, Runescape.
She could split wood and plaster Gyproc, like she did it for a living.
She is missed.
