Deborah Aubin Obituary

Deborah Ruth Aubin (nee Drummond), 73 years young, passed away at home in Blackstock, Ontario on March 31, 2023 after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by family and love.

Born March 14, 1950 to Mac and Ruth Drummond (predeceased), she now rests in peace with brother Mac Willan Drummond. Survived and remembered dearly by her partner William "Jesse" James, sons Benjamin (Judith) and Justin (Dana), grandchildren Rowan, Keaton, Cadence and Holly, sisters Erla Drummond, Paula (Ferreira) Drummond and Roxanna Jill Drummond, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends, and her miniature horse Dusty.

Deborah lived a full and generous life, creating stunning and unique artwork in the form of stained glass, paintings, glass whirls, childrens' books and so much more. She experienced life to the fullest, and expressed her love for family and friends without reservation. Spending her last 25 years in Blackstock with her soulmate Jesse, she was blessed with a second loving family - Jesse's four children Kim Hope, Todd (Shelly) James, Tyler (Rena) James, and Lisa (Craig) Menzies and 12 grandchildren.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date so we may join together in fond rememberance of a happy, talented, caring and creative soul who touched many lives.

My sincerest sympathies to her family. Debbie was always a special person. I knew her as a friend many years ago and enjoyed her stained glass classes
