John Campbell HOLTBY

HOLTBY, John Campbell 1937 - 2019 John passed away on April 25, 2019. John was the beloved husband of Frances (nee Rogers) for 51 years. Cremation has taken place and no services will take place. John enjoyed and loved his music, baseball, and hockey. A special thank you to Dr. Whynot and Dr. Richardson, along with palliative care nurses. Thank you CCAC nurses, PSW, and ambulance attendants. Thank you to the Old Tyme Gospel Band who visited with John at home and in the hospital. Memorial donations in honor of John may be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation or to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters.
