I can honestly say that I liked Dave (Mr. McNeill in the beginning) from the first moment I met him. My first impressions were that he was a genuine, caring, relaxed, fun loving and smart individual who was blessed with the ability at making those he talked to feel at ease and connected. Although I didn't know him well, our encounters over the years only highlighted my original perceptions. In today's world of false fronts, Dave will be truly missed.

My deepest heartfelt condolences to you all.

Dear Deidre & Family:

We are deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about his passing. He gave so much to those around him. Although I haven't seen him for a few years he was thought of often. Dave was a wonderful man, one of the best I have known. Having worked for him for several years, I know how important his family was to him and know that he will be missed.

Our warmest Condolences, Maureen (& Armen) Jeknavorian

The world has lost a most remarkable man. We feel very fortunate to have shared so many great times with Dave over 42 years. We will forever remember him as a vibrant, always on the go, happy man-living life to the fullest, putting his wonderful, loving family first, and a devoted husband to Deirdre-a true love story. Dave was a creative and fabulous cook, curious, well read, generous in spirit, enjoyed travel and sharing his passion and many experiences in Paris, and he took great delight in his love of his horse Kasan and his dog Rousseau. Dave enriched our lives in countless ways and we miss him greatly.

Sending our deepest sympathy to Deirdre and all of the McNeill family,

Gail and Dave

Dear Deirdre & Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Dave's passing & my deepest condolences for your loss. Having worked for Dave, I can honestly say he was the best boss ever. He was honest, fair, easygoing, generous,
supportive & a pleasure to work for. He was well respected in the insurance industry. I will always remember him for entering and leaving the office whistling a tune. He was just a happy go lucky guy, and he will be missed.
