Our sincere condolences. Bill and Dot were years long friends of my parents, Bob and Verna Stoltz. My family often enjoyed seeing them at their home. In the later years, after Dot's passing, he would visit my husband, Ivan, at our fishing vessel in Steveston. He, and our sons, learned a lot from Bill. We are at a loss for words to express how much we appreciate having known him. He was an honourable, generous, deliciously witty man. He will be truly missed.
Fondly, Lynne (Stoltz) Ellingsen and family (Langley, BC)

Bills Family,
My name is Debbie, I am Gordie & Norma Holts niece. I had only meant your Dad a few times but I found him to be a very kind man. I know how important he was to Uncle Gordie. The last few years have been very hard for Uncle Gordie and Bill was there for him. He will truly miss his support and friendship spanning 80 years. My thoughts go out to you and your families.

I just found out yesterday from our neighbour. We are in California with the rv so i will not be able to attend. I can not believe that he is gone and it will not feel right for a long time. Seems like yesterday that i was helping him push Dorthy up the ramp into his house for a visit, discussing some problem over a vodka and orange or working with him on something (usually mine). He was a great guy and a dear friend. My condolences to Doug and Dianne Amy and Ernie and i will get in touch when i get back in mid March
