GREENE, Michael James Michael was born June 9, 1978 to parents Louise and Walter Greene and sister Kimberley at Richmond General Hospital. He brought so much joy to our family. Michael was an amazing athlete from an early age. He excelled at most sports, especially hockey. Michael worked in many different fields, a broker, car sales, wakeboard instructor, golfer, waiter, bartender but his favourite was working with the horses. Michael's greatest attribute was helping anyone, he was always a phone call away. Michael greatest joy was the birth of his son Colton May 16, 2007. He was a fantastic father teaching Colton everything. From throwing a ball to skating, and of course hockey. He was a passionate and loving Dad. Michael's many friends and large family shared our grief at his memorial on October 6. He was a loving, kind and generous man. Michael will be lovingly remembered by his son Colton, parents Louise and Walter, sister Kimberley, nieces Hailley and Dyllan, his wife Joanne, Jenna, Jaden and family, the Toigo family, the Greene family, the McKim family and his many friends. Michael passed in Scottsdale, Arizona after a lengthy battle with a brain injury on September 16, 2021. Rest in Peace Michael. You will never be forgotten. You will always be loved. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that you consider a donation to Canadian Mental Health Association. Online condolences can be made at deltafuneral.ca Delta Funeral Home 604.946.6040
