Leonard "Frank" Quaedvlieg Obituary
Leonard F. "Frank" Quaedvlieg, 77, of Seagull Road, Westerly, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, at his home. He was the husband of Janeann (Sullivan) Quaedvlieg.
Born in Maastricht, Netherlands, he was the son of the late Victor and Anna (Paulissen) Quaedvlieg.
Frank was the owner and director of Medical Service Laboratory in Johnston for 30 years before retiring in 1992.
When he lived in Netherlands, he served as a medic in the Royal Dutch Marine Corps.
He leaves his children, Stefan Quaedvlieg of Westerly, Michele Quaedvlieg of Cranston, Karen Lacasse and her husband Robert of Norfolk, Mass., and Kristen Quaedvlieg and her husband Robert Goddard, of Cranston; five grandchildren, Renee, Raphael and Stefan DiPippo, Jacqueline and Adrian Lacasse and several nieces and nephews. He is survived by three brothers and a sister living in Netherlands.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Route 117), Warwick, to which relatives and friends are invited. Funeral service is private.
