LUND, Martin Blair May 31, 1946 - July 14, 2021 It is with so much sadness and sense of loss that we announce the death of Martin Blair Lund (born Thomas Gerald Humberstone) who died on July 14, 2021. This wonderful man leaves his wife, Joanne Van Snellenberg, and her family, and his sister Wendy Lillicrap and her family. He also leaves behind his biological sister Pearl Benyk and her siblings. Marty lived a happy and productive life working as a social worker for over thirty years throughout Vancouver. His loves were gardening, music, genealogy, his social work career and his family. We thank the Baycrest Team at the Delta View Care Centre in Ladner, for the great physical care they gave Marty. In memory of his spirit, please consider an act of kindness to make someone's day brighter, Marty would have liked that very much.
