I have just recently heard of the passing of Dr Hahn. With a very sad heart i want to pass along my condolences to Lee and all the family. Dr Hahn always listened to your concerns, had a great bed side manner and i truly felt blessed to have him as my doctor since late 80 ties. The last time i saw him , he said he was going to retire. You touched many peoples lives, and mine you touched immensely, as you were always kind , caring and shared your great sense of humour. Thank you

Dr Hahn was first to diagnose and treat an ongoing problem I had, in 2019. I’ve been doing well ever since his treatments.
I quite enjoyed our (non-medical) conversations.
I was quite saddened to read of his passing, 14 months after it happened.

I just learned that Dr. Michael had passed. Such a deeply sad feeling I have for all who knew him. He was such a rock and I´m so sorry for the heartbreak I know his family is feeling.
He took beautiful care of me for over 25 years, encouraging me through my colitis...a wonderful combination of deep intelligence and compassion...and a bit of humour too. I´ll miss not only his medical care...I always enjoyed talking with him. He always seemed to have some deeply solid advice regarding the importance of family, always so encouraging about keeping positive about how to bring up my children.
We spoke of his son Chris´s passing. I´m certain when Michael passed Chris was waiting to greet him in heaven, wildly waving and cheering, "Come this way!". I can see Dr. Michael smiling now

Today I heard Dr Hahn died from my new GI doctor. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and family. Sending you love during this difficult time.
I was in tears, my heart saddened for the loss of this lovely man, who was such a wonderful doctor. He supported me with his knowledge, wisdom and compassionate heart.

I was saddened to hear of Dr. Michael Hahn's passing. My sincerest sympathy to all his family. Not only did I receive many years of excellent medical care from him but he always had time to talk about the importance of family, as a close colleague of his was my brother Charles.

I worked with Mike for many years at LGH, and appreciated his thoroughness and intelligence and humour. He gave so much of his time as so many physicians do to the caring of others. I´m sorry for your loss in your family.

Lee and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Mike's passing.
So many happy memories of golf trips, gatherings and quality time in the Okanagan.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Hahn's since he was 14. As a mother, I cannot express my eternal gratitude for the kindness and the excellent care Dr Hahn has given him over the many, many years. My heart goes out to his friends and family, a family that has shared him with so many. Thank you Dr. Hahn for all that you have done. You will be greatly missed.
