Robert CROWE Obituary
After a courageous battle with brain cancer, Robert passed away in his New Westminster home with family and friends around him. He was 58 years old. Born in Vancouver, Robert grew up with his adoptive parents, Edith and Roland Crowe, in Trail, BC. Robert began his professional life in the demanding position of automotive service, transitioning to real estate where he made his mark for over 20 years. Robert's passion for art, music, architecture and travel fueled his life. Some of his many adventures included Nepal, Spain, and Yukon. Robert persevered through adversity, never losing his wit and humour. His beautiful spirit will be missed by his wife, Donna, daughters Roxanne and Tawnia, and grandchildren Tayler, Gage, Briggs, Torie and Adalei, extended family and a wide network of friends and colleagues. Robert's family wishes to express their profound gratitude to Dr. Paras Mehta, Dr. Paul Klimo, Dr. Navraj Heran, Dr. Brian Toyota, and Bonnie Giovannetti MN, NP (A), who helped Robert fight valiantly against a formidable foe. And to Dr. Paul Sugar, Dr. Charlie Chen, the palliative care team at New West Home Health and Mike Burpee, Crossroads Hospice Society, for their kindness, care and advocacy during his end of life.
