I didn't know her but she helped me lose weight, get me out of depression and believe there was more to life. Her energy leaped off the screen and showed confidence that was contagious. I pray for her husband and sons. May she rest in peace

Just learned today (Feb 11/22) of Sharon's passing. My wife and I have benefitted greatly from her exercise programs as they were made for 'us' and helped sustain our fitness levels so we could be our best versions of ourselves. May her family take solace in her contribution to others.

I am a fitness professional and I am gutted, shocked and saddened to hear that the larger than life, beautiful woman Sharon Mannmy inspiration in the fitness industry, has left this world. I have followed Sharon over her career and loved her. I have all her dvds! What a huge loss! I am sorry.
And btw, I used to live on Bowood many years ago and then Oakville and now the Okanagan. I think it’s cool that we were both Toronto fitness girls and then BC. Please accept my deepest heartfelt condolences.

Her videos all the time and they were very energizing. She will be missed

I'm so sad to hear of my fitness friend and neighbour !
I was so happy to be part of your fitness show In Shape
And have you as a neighbour in Lawrence park !
Tim was making great Burntrax music and you
Were the biggest Fitness Pro ever !!!!
Then you moved away to BC
I will never forget our time together and being part of your show! You kicked my butt in my very first spin class ever !! And you laughed at me feeling sick all the way home in the car !
Rest In Peace my dear friend

I remember Sharon Mann from our Mayfair Parkway Fitness club where she taught for a number of years while living in Toronto. She was a great instructor and we loved her classes. We went on a caribbean fitness cruise with Sharon back in the 90s. It was a wonderful time. She came back every year to Toronto and taught a class at Mayfair, mostly just to see us and say hello. We loved having her. To her family, please accept our condolences on your great loss. Rest in Peace, Sharon.

I first saw Sharon on stage at the 1993 national aerobic championship. She filled the entire room with her energy and passion for life. I was sitting in the audience in that moment and by the following year, after being inspired I competed too. I continued to see Sharon at Can Fit Pro as I also presented there and I would sneak into her sessions. She always had innovative ideas and also spoke openly about her active life as a mother. I reconnected with Sharon over Facebook a few years ago and have been following her miraculous journey. I was continually inspired by her strength and positivity. I believe Sharon is still smiling as her energy for life extends beyond the physical plane.

What heartbreaking news to hear of the passing of the incomparable Sharon. I attended some of her health and fitness seminars years ago in Toronto. My thoughts and prayers go out to her husband Tim and 3 precious sons who no doubt are devastated. The world will miss the fireball she was in her life, career and family. She provided us with so many lessons but within the last 4 years some of the most important; being grateful, having hope and faith and never ever giving up. We are all better for knowing her.

Her smile tells it all...one of the most beautiful humans I've ever spent time with. Thank you Sharon for all the cherished memories...believing in me to compete in Sport Aerobics, choreographing my first routine to "The Monkeys". You opened many doors for me and will always be grateful for being in your presence. Those who had the opportunity to be apart of this woman know how lucky we are. An amazing mother, wife, friend and teacher/presenter. All I see when I think of Sharon is her sensational smile...the golden smile. Love you girl, may you rest in peace sweet angel xoxo
