Tony and I dated in high school in Victoria. I was impressed that he had an Austin and a job at Viteway Bakery. He played ball at Topaz Park and was always jovial. After he moved to N Van I tried to catch up with him and finally did via Safeway before he retired. I still have his voice message from Valentines 2018. He rang me Valentines 2019 and still sounded jovial. He said others are worse off than him. So I will miss our visits' but expect will feel his presence until we meet again. Your friend always, Wendy Ackinclose

We are so saddened to hear of Tony's passing. He was such a lovely man. He used to lift my spirits whenever I was doing my shopping, he definitely understood going the extra mile to show kindness.
When I worked with him, I appreciated his happy demeanour and great laugh. You were the best of the best Tony. See you on a new seawall someday .

I was so sorry to hear of Tony's passing. I just saw it in Friday's paper. I will always remember Tony for his expressions of different cultures. He will be with Willie skiing in heaven. Life is too short sometimes so all of you live each day to the fullest. Love to all of you. Linda and Corey Adams

Dear Yvonne and family,

I am so sad to hear of Tony's passing. He is gone much too soon. His good energy will be remembered and his love and friendship will continue to be felt by his beloved family and many, many friends. Cherish your loving memories and keep him close in your hearts. I will have a fizzy and toast my old friend on his way.
