Trudie Carlson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Trudie after a very short illness and hospitalization. Trudie is lovingly remembered by her husband Brian, son David, and wife Donna, their children Jasmine and partner Coulter, Brianna and husband Cotin, daughter Jenn, and sister Kathleen.
Throughout Trudie's career, she loved working and helping people as a teacher, librarian, and realtor. For many years, she volunteered at the Kay Meek Arts Centre. She loved playing bridge, participating in book and lunch clubs, playing golf, and travelling. She was a very organized individual and was known for getting things done.
A private family service will be held in her honour. In lieu of flowers, we encourage donations to Operation Eyesight Universal (1-800-585-8265).
Trudie was respected for the positive impact she had on so many friends and family. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Dear Brian,
Sorry for your & your family loss
Trudie was an inspiration for us. She was warm, helpful & a true friend. We enjoyed our dinner club get togethers, her suggestions for speakers, when I was co chair of a woman´s Probus Club in the North Shore.
It was fun talking to her and share life events.
We will miss her. Take care Brian and let us know how we could help you on your loss.

Trudi was my grade 2 teacher at North Star Elementary and I well remember her enthusiastic and caring approach.
In later years we met again when she and Brian supported South Granville Seniors Centre where Lorri's mother worked. She was as lovely as I remembered her.
Lorri and I send condolences and prayers to Brian and family.

I´m deeply saddened by the passing of my Aunt Trudie. She was such an amazing aunt - warm, wise, and full of love. I´ll always treasure the times we shared and the thoughtful perspective she brought to every conversation. Her kindness and insight made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit and the memories we have of her will stay with us always. Sending our love and hugs to the entire family.
