Anne KERR Obituary

KERR, Anne: It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Anne Kerr, on July 27, 2025, in Oliver, BC. Anne was a woman of faith, integrity and warmth. Anne was predeceased by her loving husband, Bruce, her parents Jacob and Mary Petras of Medicine Hat, sisters Cecilia, Mari, Lil, brother Victor, and great-grandson Linden Hamilton. She is survived by her children Dave Kerr, Kathy Hamilton (Dave deceased), Susan Schulz (Roy deceased), and Judy Collett, her nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. Anne was born in Calgary on April 20, 1935, and lived in Medicine Hat as a child, in Calgary where she worked for the City at the City Clerk's Office, in Lethbridge where she worked at the Lethbridge Community College, and in Penticton, where she moved in 2013. Anne enjoyed many recreational activities such as cross-country skiing, skating, bowling, golf, and bridge.
