Constance Ellen ROSE

ROSE, Constance Ellen: Connie passed away at Westview Place in Penticton, BC on Friday, August 15th, 2025. She is survived by her daughter Carol, son Blaine, granddaughter Shannon (Rob) and great grandsons Josh and Jack. She was predeceased by her husband John and son Gordon. Connie was born on December 1st, 1923, in Quill Lake, Saskatchewan. She took a stenography course and worked in offices in Saskatoon and Vancouver before meeting her future husband John Rose from Newdale, Manitoba. Connie and John farmed near the community of Newdale for many years eventually retiring to Kelowna, BC in 1975. They moved to Penticton in 2002. Connie enjoyed baking, growing flowers, music, volunteering in the community and sports especially curling. She had a big heart and a fun and generous spirit. Among her passions were family, friends and helping others. The family would like to thank Dr. Johnston and all the wonderful staff at Westview Place with special thanks to the nurses and care workers there. No service by request.
