Perry, Elsie Annabelle: July 28, 1926 - June 28, 2016. Elsie Annabelle Perry, 89 (nee MacLean) born July 28, 1926 in Finnie, Saskatchewan to the late Vera Belle and James Alexander MacLean passed away on June 28, 2016 at SunPointe Village Nursing home in Kelowna, B.C. Elsie grew up on a farm near Lorlie, Saskatchewan and was the 5th oldest child and the last living sibling out of a family of 7 children. Elsie was an elementary school teacher in Victoria, B.C. where she married the late John Fredrick Perry (June 2, 1911- January 17, 1976). Elsie valued family, friends and education and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda Joan Watson (husband Doug), grandson Jonathan Perry Watson and step-grandchildren Michelle Bailuk (nee Watson) and Michael Watson. Family, friends and Sun Pointe Village staff are invited to a Memorial Service and "China Teacup Luncheon" at Sun Pointe Village, 700 Rutland Road North on Saturday, July 9th at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the B.C. Lung or Heart and Stroke foundations. [email protected]

Condolences from Vicki, Gordon, Ben and Jon to Linda, Doug and family. Once the grief begins to subside enjoy the fond memories of Aunt Elsie's long life and the important part you played in it. Rest in peace Aunt Elsie.
