HAMILTON, Janet It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mom Jan Hamilton on February 19, 2014. Jan is survived by her loving husband Wayne Stafford, daughters Terry (Doug) Hartley, Janine Ferguson, 5 grandchildren Alyssia, Chelsey, Robyn, Tamara and Tyler. As well as 2 sisters Fran (Gerry) and Norma Jean (Brian). Special thanks to the amazing staff on 5B and ICU, Drs. Welsh, Michaud, Banwell and Rolf for all their care. Celebration of Mom's Life will be announced at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to BC Kidney Foundation, #200 - 4940 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 4K6.
