FIGLIUZZI, Maria Grazia: Passed into the presence of Jesus on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the age of 88 years. Remembered and sadly missed by her children: Bruno Figliuzzi of Penticton, Josie (Richard) Jacyna of Penticton, Stella (Mark) Davie of Okanagan Falls; 5 grandchildren: Natalie and Kevin Easthope, David Jacyna and Taylor Dupuis, Brendan Davie (Talisa), Kelsey Davie, Cameron Davie; sister Giovanina Timpano of Penticton; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Sadly predeceased by her parents: Raffaele and Stella Lacaria; her son Angelo; her husband Natale Figliuzzi; her sisters Elizabeth Cunsolo and Angelina Zaffino; her brother Bruno Lacaria; her brothers-in-law: Nazzareno Cunsolo, Nicola Zaffino and Raffaele Timpano. Maria's greatest joys in life were her children, her grandchildren and her sons-in-law. She was a superb cook and an expert gardener. She enjoyed going to church every week and her over fifty-year friendship with neighbor Arlene Gartner. Many thanks to the entire staff at Trinity Care Centre. A Prayers Service will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Friday June 22, 2018 at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 1296 Main Street with Father Rex Velmonte officiating.
