Philip Swain Obituary

Swain, Philip Donald: December 26, 1951 - April 26, 2025 In loving memory of Philip Donald Swain, December 26, 1951 to April 26, 2025. With fond memories of a well lived life the family of Don wish to announce his peaceful passing at the age of 73 after his journey with cancer in Kelowna, BC. Don was born in Manigotagan, received his education and started his career and family in Winnipeg but with his love and dedication to his profession he traveled all over the road. Don new the importance of continuous learning, keeping current certification and was passionate about safety on the jobsite. Don will be remembered for is joyful spirit, endless wisdom, passion for music, quick wit and infectious laughter. Don was the life of the party. The most incredible Father, Grandpa, Brother, Son, Uncle and friend to many. Don is survived by his loving partner for 12 years, Madelyn Mogensen and his pal in music, fun and laughter, Decio D'Ornellas.
