1926 - 2015

SCOTT, Rae George: Born on September 2, 1926 to William George and Florence LaDuke Scott at Bracken, Saskatchewan. Rae was the oldest of three children, his sisters, Helen who predeceased him and Rita Eidsness of Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Rae married Irene (nee Clark) on May 9, 1953 and they had four children. Daryl (Dawn Konelsky) of Drayton Valley, Alberta, Carlisle of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Sandra (Grant McKay) of Mable Lake, British Columbia and Wendy (Rob Harkema) of Ajijic, Mexico. His four grandchildren are Lisa and Brian Scott and Brenda and David Petryk all of Calgary, Alberta. Rae passed away very peacefully at the Kelowna General Hospital on February 14, 2015. A huge thank you to the staff at the Kelowna General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. A celebration of Rae's life will be held at 1:00 pm at the Springfield Funeral Home 2020 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC on Wednesday February 25, 2015.
