Rosemary Edna "Rosy" FAVELL

1938 - 2022

FAVELL, Rosemary "Rosy" Edna: September 20, 1938 - February 23, 2022 Rosy Favell went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2022. She was born in Kelowna, BC, to the late Clarence and Edna Favell, the youngest of nine children. She was predeceased by sisters Ellen (Art) Raymer; Violet (Bill) Fraser, Annabelle (Gordon) Ferguson and Alice (Ron) Cooney; brothers Sonny Favell, Cecil (Mary) Favell, and brother-in-law Mel McClelland. She is survived by her sisters Joan McClelland and Doreen (Aaron) Tataryn, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosy was a wonderful daughter, sister, and aunt, over the years she helped take care of many of her nieces and nephews. Rosy looked forward to family gatherings and celebrations. She loved country and gospel music, and she enjoyed singing as well as playing the harmonica and keyboard. Rosy's love for life and her cheerful smile will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on SATURDAY, MARCH 5, 2022, AT 1:00 PM (PST), AT SPRINGFIELD FUNERAL HOME, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC, with celebrant Barbara Samuel.
