Dale Schmeichel Obituary

Dale Roderick Schmeichel passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, after a lengthy battle with a neurological brain condition. He was predeceased by his parents, Ewald and Alvina Schmeichel and two brothers, Wayne and Rudy Schmeichel. Dale is survived by his common law spouse, Audrey O'Reilly; two sons, Curtis (Cyndy) and Kelly (Chelsie); six grandchildren; two brothers, Francis Schmeichel (Kathy) and Arnold Schmeichel (Judi); two sisters in laws Doris Schmeichel and Maggie Pyne; and numerous nieces and nephews; as well as a large circle of friends. Memorial Service will be held at New Hope Lutheran Church, 370 McIntosh Street North, Regina, SK on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. with reception to follow. The Memorial Service will be livestreamed. Interment will be held at St. Andrew's Anglican Cemetery, Porcupine Plain, SK on Monday, May 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Luncheon will follow.
