Jeremy Neish Obituary
It is with deep sorrow, sadness and heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jeremy Sean Neish on December 16th 2024, at 37 years. Jeremy is survived by his mother, Cheryl Martodam Gusdal (Ken); His siblings, Sherri (Darcy) Wykes (Austin, Aiden, Kylar), Timothy Neish (Charlotte), Kendra Gusdal (Quinn Cooper), Jeff Neish; Aunts and uncles Glen and Allie (Adam) Neish, Sheila (Ryan, Dirk, Todd, Chad), Wendy (Glen) Gusdal and sons Cain and Gerry, Frank (An) and daughter Anjelina Martodam, Warren and Bonnie Gusda (Tyler). He was predeceased by; Gordon Neish, June 14, 2020, Grandparents Alexander Neish, July 26, 1984, Lena Neish, April 19,1997, Rita Martodam, December 24, 1986, Harold Martodam Mar. 22, 1997, and his uncle Bernie Martodam, September 19, 2019, Kelci Gusdal, September 3, 2024. Jeremy attended kindergarten to high school in Langham, Sask. He did odd jobs around home then moved to Edmonton, where he drove hydro dig truck for years. Then he and his little sister shared an apartment together. Jeremy was a free spirit, he loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, foraging for plants and mushrooms bring them in and cook them up for breakfast. Jeremy was a free spirit, great sense of humor and a kind, caring attitude. If he seen someone in need he would try to help them all he could, give them his last dollar and say, "I guess they needed it more". Jeremy and his little sister Kendra were very close, he was always there for her, just to talk or help her on her land. Jeremy went to Amity house almost daily in Edmonton, for hot coffee, chat and call his Mom. Jeremy leaves behind many friends to numerous to mention. Donations in Jeremey's memory can be sent to the Amity House in Edmonton.
