JOHANNESSON, David Allen Kenneth ""Dave"" It is with great sadness that the family of Dave Johannesson announces his unexpected death at the age of 52 on October 25, 2019. Left to mourn his death is Cathy McFarland, his wife of 14 years, his cherished son Colby Johannesson, his mother Pilar Vasconez, niece and nephew Rio and Marina Vasconez, sister-in-law Dianne Laughlin and her husband Bob and their children Courtney and Travis Laughlin. The loss of friendship will be deeply felt by Jim Hill and his wife Deborah and their son Owen, Mike Heidgress and his wife Heather and their son Sean and the entire Benton family. A celebration of Dave's life will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Billingsley Funeral Home, 430 Ravenscliffe Road from 1-5 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Mental Health Research Canada or to Muskoka Landing.
