The teachers like Keith Adams made Central Technical Schools the best Technical School, probable in the Commonwealth. The aircraft course was a factor that drew outstanding students and staff to CTS. The course was eventually moved to a Community College by the Ministry of Ed but remained popular and a source of pride for the school. Many thanks to people like Keith who gave their labours to its success. Verna Lister, Principal, CTS. Retired.

I worked with Keith at Central Technical School in Toronto for 8 yrs with his new Aircraft course, the only one ever taught in any high school in Canada. He asked teachers at C.T.S. EACH with a speciality to help him get the course running. The teachers were: Ron Vichar (Avionics), Connie Arapis, Alex Northway,Stevens from Ottawa ,Lawrence Campion, George Cousins, Cohen .?.I arranged a donation from RYERSON ,a4 engine Viscount Simulator for C.T.S. The course continued for a few yrs until it was cancelled in the 90,s when the ministry of Ed. Cancelled funding & decided to turn it over to Cenrennial College ,Scarboro. He was a great director, who treated you as a professional and backed you up when you needed help! Ron Vichar.
