I'd like to remember my only grandmother that I had a very generous woman who had given so much to people especially in the family, she was a gentle soul whom loved everyone. I will always remember your loud cackle of laughter only because I now have it too. I'll forever miss you Nanny, much love to you.

I have nothing but lovely memories of Bertha. Her daughter, Marilynne, was married to my dad, Gailand Hann until he passed. Bertha might have been a little gal, but her laugh and personality could fill a room. Her quick wit and "sass" made her so much fun to talk with. I had many conversations with her over the years, I would call to talk to my Dad, and many times Bertha would be the one to pick up the phone. We would talk and laugh for a few minutes before handing over the phone. The last few years were very difficult for her and her family, and they have our utmost respect and admiration for all the care they provided. Deepest condolences to the family.
