We just found out of the loss of Ed, we are sorry to hear that his bright spirit has left this earth but feel joy for those in heaven who will get to see him again. We especially think of my mom and dad, Janet and Basti (Dan) Dane who we know welcomed Ed with joy. I can already hear the wild ping pong games and pool games my dad and Ed are playing.....no swearing in heaven! My parents and Ed and Lorraine shared a very special friendship that will live on. Love to you Patty and Steve and your families. Lee and Lou Gonzalez

I know there are no words that can replace the loss you are and will be experience. Ed was just such a big present and could always make you smile.

I can't believe there is another Angle watching out for us. Ed was an Angle on earth I know he will be watching all of us from above. Daryl(Ed) and Daryl(Joe Blatner) will now be playing cards all the time.

I'm so sorry for your loss I have many great memories that Ed was a part of.

I know Ed worked three jobs to provide for his two children, but the part I got to witness as the daughter of his second wife was his devotion to his grandchildren. He set the bar very high on how a man should be with his grandkids. I don't think he missed any event they were in and was always spending as much time as he could with them. I know the loss to his children and grandchildren is beyond measure.
While he is now with his first wife Lorraine in heaven, his second wife Suzanne will miss him beyond words. As reunited high school sweethearts, they had a long marriage. He took care of her with devotion, attention and love that all humans deserve. Suzanne's children are deeply grateful for all that he did for our mom. Surely Heaven is a better place with him there.

Ed was a devoted husband to my mother for decades. She loves him dearly. He brought her such joy throughout their lives together. She enjoyed the Florida vacations, cruises and the local trips with friends and all those movies with him. He could be so romantic and thoughtful with amazingly beautiful flowers, diamonds and of course never forgot chocolates. He was so thoughtful, considerate and supportive to her during their high school times together and in their decades of marriage later in life. Ed made a life time commitment to my mother and her happiness. Mom sees Ed was her knight on a white horse. Her children are grateful for his devotion to her.

He was a wonderful grandfather and tireless fan of Danny, Jake and Kira. He was such a good man, we named our first child (Edwin Brent) in honor of him.

Our deepest sympathies to Steve, Ruth, Jake and Kira, Patty & Danny and of course his wife, our mom Bunny (Grammie).
