Elsie Osterberg

Elsie Osterberg September 12, 1932 -August 22, 2021 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elsie Osterberg. Elsie was born in Herbert Saskatchewan. Elsie was a very talented and creative woman and loved to work with her hands. Elsie did everything from panning gold to running her own upholstery business. Helicopters were her upholstery passion (from full interiors to seat slips and blade covers). But her retirement passion was hand braided and sewn recycled fabric floor rugs. Although she lost count, there are a few hundred scattered around communities with family and friends. She enriched the lives of all that had the pleasure of knowing her and she will be dearly remembered by those she left behind. Elsie will be missed your kindness and that loving smile. As per Elsie's wishes there will be no service. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Prince George Rotary Hospice House in Elsie's name.
