I don't know your family, Marg, but I remember both you and Maurice vividly. I still have bruises where he whacked me into the boards during lacrosse practice. A great guy and a devoted athlete. The staff room of Duchess Park always brightened up when you two walked in. My heartfelt condolences on this huge loss to you and your family. You sound like a close family, loving and supporting one another, so necessary at this time. Thinking of you. Audrey and Ian MacKenzie (Kamloops, B.C.)

I want to express my condolences to the the family of Maurice Clark. A few of Maurice's teaching years were spent at Lakewood Junior Secondary School where I got to know him. Although I had little to do with Maurice outside the school setting, I enjoyed his friendliness and camaraderie in the staff room and parent teacher meetings. I wish the family peace and contentment as they celebrate his life and the impact he has had on friends and family. A special comfort for Margaret who will truly miss him and will sense the loss deeply.

Ernie Block
A Lakewood colleague.
