Marion Watt Obituary

Marion Ruth Watt (Evison)

April 10, 1949 to May 17, 2023

After a lifelong battle with several physical issues ending with 6.5 years of dialysis, Marion has finally been promoted to heaven. Thank you Jesus! Marion will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by those she has left behind - husband Dan, sister Ella Strong (Ken), brother Ross Evison (Sheryl), daughter Clories Shantelle David (Paul), granddaughters Emelia and Padma, son Fraser (Sarah), grandson Hunter, granddaughter Reilly.

Many thanks to the medical teams at UNHBC. Special recognition needs to go to Doctors Butow andMcGhee, Doctors Brashear and Singh and the entire team in the hemodialysis unit. What a group of friends! Her final 23 days were spent in hospice where the care continued to be superlative. How blessed we were to have such champions by our side.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 10 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church.

Beautiful lady. I worked with Marion during the early years of UNBC. Marion always had a smile. I was privileged to call her friend.

Marion was a trooper and taught me a lot about resilience, acceptance and surrender. I´m sorry I´ll be out of town during the celebration of life but will keep her and you Dan in my thoughts.
