Ricky Willfahrt Obituary

"Rick" Ricky Klaus Willfahrt Today it brings us great sadness to announce the passing of Ricky Klaus Willfahrt. Age 54. Whom passed at home Thursday, November the 15th 2018. He was born March 3rd 1964, in Vancouver, to Klaus and Gisela (Maresch) Willfahrt. He will be missed by his wife, Ana. His mother, Gisela. A sister, Monika (John) Lewis. His children and step children, family and friends. There will be a celebration of life this Friday, November the 23rd at 6:00pm at the Twisted Cork banquet hall. Food will be provided and a pay bar. Be sure to bring your stories, because we all know there are lots! In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry to have heard that Ricky has passed away. He was still young. I grew up with him in east Vancouver. He was a great guy. I liked going over to his house. We had a lot of fun. His mom would drive my sister and I occasionally to Windermere. I was always wondering where he was. We built a hockey card tower, last time I saw Rick. Looks like he had a good life in Prince George. Glad to have know him.

My condolences to Rick's family. I remember Rick starting in the Prince George office in the early 1990s. One of the original gang. He had a sharp sense of humour along with a kind manner.
