Mead, Robert (Bob) Eric Born in Ottawa, Ontario, May 8 1937 to Eric Leslie and Evelyn Lillian Mead, passed away maintaining his trade mark sense of humor, on May 16, 2011 at the age of 74. Bob served 12 years as Lance Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forced Military Police. After his discharge, he moved his family from Ottawa, Ontario to Prince George. Bob worked 28 years at Canfor PG Pulp/Intercon Stores retiring January 2000. Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Laura, daughters Donna Lee Knowles (Jeff and son Ryan) and Cheryl Johnson (Jason and daughter Fallon). A celebration of his life will take place Monday, May 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Overcoming Faith Christian Centre, 4520 Wheeler Road, Prince George, B.C. A heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Bishop and his caring team of nurses at the Cancer Clinic, as well as Pastor Harry Dreher and his wife Laurie.
