Roger Burlock Obituary

Roger Richard Burlock February 11, 1940- May 6, 2018 Dad was the owner of Prince George Radiators for 39 years until he finally retired in January 2018. He was born in Regina, Saskatechewan. Dad leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Kirsten, his daughters Candy (Dean), Amanda and Glynis (Keith). He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, Paulina, Steevie, Spencer, Amie, Noel, Jordan, Teigan & Riley, his loyal employee Patrick O'Donnell, his little Lucy, and many, many friends and extended family. His passion was his stamp collection and he spent counteless hours on them. He also enjoyed fishing, travelling with his wife, family and lady friends, Debbie & Aggie. Dad was a loyal supporter in the community from sponsoring the Annual Father's Day Show and Shine, to giving a few dollars to someone in need. A very special thank you to Dr. Grant Wooldridge, Christy and the Prince George Hospice who cared for Dad and our family, we are so grateful for their support and kindness to Dad. Thank you Susan. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 26th at the Magnolia Club room from 3 to 730 pm, 2055 Ingeldew St. (parking in the rear). In lieu of flowers, donations in Rogers memory to the Prince George Hospice would be greatly appreciated. "Dad, we hope you finish that Kenworth real soon!"

My heart is heavy with sadness for your loss. He was a wonderful uncle and I remember him with great fondness. I know he will be greatly missed. Condolences to Kirsten and the girls.

Kirsten and Familly: We were saddened to hear of Rogers passing. To say that Roger's friendship and attention to his Radiator Repair Business was exemplary would be an understatement. Roger's genuine friendship and his impecccable attention to his business and his customers , is seldom seen. Rest in peace our friend. You were one of a kind.
